Expectations: - Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience. - Proficient in ServiceNow platform architecture, API integration, and integration technologies. - Skilled in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals. - Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and Agile development processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows. - Extend and integrate ServiceNow services with external systems using APIs. - Develop responsive and accessible web components within ServiceNow. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and development issues.
