**Job title**
Strategic Marketing Specialist
**Role Summary**
Drive the company’s strategic growth by conducting in‑depth market analysis, maintaining a continuous competitive and technological watch, and shaping value propositions across diverse industrial sectors. Deliver intelligence to support decision‑making, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably in industrial or technical service sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional proficiency in English (written & spoken).
- Strong analytical judgement, initiative, and project‑management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive market studies and develop strategic insights to identify growth levers.
- Design and implement a tailored strategic monitoring plan, covering technologies, competitors, and geographic segments.
- Perform data analysis using advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to produce actionable findings.
- Benchmark service offerings and articulate the group’s value proposition.
- Liaise with technical teams, external partners, and subcontractors to capture requirements and foster collaboration.
- Create and present monthly reporting on major accounts and new client acquisition.
- Map target markets, generate data extractions, and integrate insights into business planning.
- Lead collaborative projects, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data‑visualisation proficiency.
- Experience with geocartography/geomarketing tools (e.g., ArcGIS).
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and strategic intelligence.
- Proficiency in industry‑specific monitoring platforms (e.g., plaque/press alerts).
- Strong written and oral communication, including professional French and English.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Self‑driven, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities under deadlines.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a comparable field.
- Professional certifications in marketing, analytics, or project management (e.g., PMP, CMI, Google Analytics) are advantageous but not mandatory.
