**Job title:** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary:** Drive sales growth by converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities for the global AI‑powered communication platform. Serve as the first touchpoint, building relationships, educating prospects, and ensuring a smooth handoff to senior sales teams. **Expactations:** - Meet or exceed outbound/ inbound KPI targets. - Maintain high activity levels in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. - Continuously improve prospect qualification and pipeline quality. - Collaborate cross‑regionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and engage inbound leads via phone, email, and social media. - Conduct consultative discovery conversations to surface customer needs. - Educate prospects on product value and differentiation. - Qualify leads, schedule demos, and handoff to Account Executives. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data in HubSpot CRM. - Partner with sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. **Required Skills:** - Prior experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales (entry‑level acceptable). - Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented. - Strong verbal, written, and active‑listening communication. - Empathetic, customer‑centric mindset. - Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Native proficiency in English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred). - Certainty absent; no mandatory certifications required.
