**Job Title:** Sales Account Manager **Role Summary:** SaaS Sales/Account Manager responsible for end‑to‑end clinic client acquisition, from lead nurturing to successful onboarding of health‑care providers. Focus on optimizing sales processes, driving conversions, and ensuring a smooth client journey through education and support. **Expectations:** - Achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue targets through lead conversion and strategic account management. - Own and streamline the entire sales funnel, continuously improving conversion rates and client satisfaction. - Deliver high‑quality demos, proposals, and onboarding experiences that reflect product value. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, maintain, and grow a qualified sales pipeline of chiropractic and wellness clinic prospects. - Conduct need‑analysis conversations, present tailored product demonstrations, and address client objections. - Optimize sales workflow, implement new tools, and refine processes to increase closing velocity. - Follow up with prospects, provide timely quotes, and manage contract negotiations. - Coordinate with product, marketing, design and development teams to refine the client journey and reflect feedback. - Train and support new clients during onboarding and early usage to ensure adoption and satisfaction. - Perform occasional clinic visits for relationship building and collecting user feedback. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in SaaS sales, account management or client success (1–3 years preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Demonstrated ability to manage a full‑cycle sales pipeline and achieve targets. - Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive). - Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly and troubleshooting user issues. - Empathy and proactive problem‑solving mindset, with a focus on customer success. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, Salesforce Administrator, or similar) are a plus.
