Job Description
**Job title:** Brand Marketing Manager **Role Summary:** 3‑6 month fixed‑term contract to launch and scale a new revolutionary healthcare brand in retail and professional channels. Lead end‑to‑end brand development, community building, and multi‑channel marketing to establish market leadership. **Expectations:** - Own pre‑launch brand strategy, community, and go‑to‑market execution. - Deliver measurable brand awareness, equity, and early adoption within the contract period. - Work cross‑functionally with founders, agency partners, sales, and retail teams. - Manage budget, timeline, and reporting against KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity. - Build and grow a pre‑ and post‑launch community of professionals, consumers, journalists, and KOLs. - Plan and execute full‑funnel campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail. - Develop content strategy and production plan for all touchpoints. - Collaborate with product/clinical lead to create educational assets for professional channels. - Coordinate trade marketing initiatives and in‑store activations with sales partners. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring. - Maintain master launch calendar and ensure alignment across functions. - Oversee pre‑launch budget allocation and spend reporting. - Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and recommend optimizations. **Required Skills:** - 5–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in start‑up or scale‑up environments. - Proven record of building and scaling brands from launch. - Expertise in digital community building and engagement. - Multi‑channel strategy execution (retail, digital, social, PR). - Retail partnership experience and in‑store marketing. - Strong analytical aptitude and KPI‑driven mindset. - Leadership of cross‑functional teams and external partners. - Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling ability. - Adaptable, innovative, and proactive “can‑do” attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - (Optional) Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) add value.
