Job Description: Job Title: Retail Operations Manager – Beauty Role Summary: Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of commercial animation campaigns for selective perfume retail partners on behalf of a luxury beauty house, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, stakeholder alignment, and budget compliance. Expectations: Deliver campaign objectives on time and within budget while upholding brand standards; drive operational excellence across all animation projects; maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners; continuously identify process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, recruit, and assign animators to campaign slots across France. - Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to closure. - Train animator teams on perfumes, skincare, and makeup products of the client portfolio. - Update and maintain project schedules and resource allocations. - Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Monitor and control project budgets and resource usage. Required Skills: - Minimum one year of experience in perfume or beauty staffing/animation. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment. - Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Fluency in French (and English preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - BTS in Esthetics or equivalent higher‑education diploma. - Certification as a Beauty Commercial Development Manager (or equivalent).
