Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Account Executive – Key Accounts **Role Summary** Drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for high‑value enterprise clients (CAC 40 & SBF 120) by selling Nomadia’s SaaS mobility solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, solution demonstrations, and closing deals while collaborating with marketing, pre‑sales, and internal stakeholders. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for target accounts. - Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to senior decision‑makers. - Provide accurate forecasts and regular reporting to sales leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to key executives (CEO, CIO, CFO, COO, CTO). - Execute market action plans formulated with sales management and marketing support. - Process inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities. - Arrange and lead client meetings, workshops, and product demos. - Identify and articulate client pain points and map solutions accordingly. - Coordinate sales responses, tender documents, and proposal submissions. - Update CRM with account activity, forecast data, and maintain clean records. - Report progress and results to the commercial director on a regular basis. **Required Skills** - 5–10 years of proven success selling SaaS or IT services. - Experience with Field Service Management, asset management, route optimisation, ERP, or CRM solutions. - Strong oral and written communication, client‑oriented mindset. - Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision‑makers. - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools. - Proactive, result‑driven, and collaborative team player. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Professional certifications in sales (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person) or relevant technology domains are a plus.
