Job Title: Vice President Marketing
Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of a global marketing strategy for a high‑growth cybersecurity B2B SaaS company. Drive brand positioning, demand generation, content, and digital channels to scale customer acquisition and revenue.
Expectations:
- Deliver a measurable lift in qualified leads, revenue contribution, and market share over the first 12 months.
- Position the organization as a thought leader in AI‑driven threat detection across global markets, especially the US.
- Build and nurture a high‑performance marketing team that consistently meets or exceeds campaign KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish short‑ and long‑term marketing plans aligned with business objectives and product road‑maps.
- Own brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and reputation across all touchpoints.
- Design and execute demand‑generation programs (inbound/outbound, account‑based, events, webinars) that result in scalable pipeline growth.
- Oversee content creation (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) to educate and engage target personas.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, programmatic display, social media, email campaigns) to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
- Organize and manage participation in key industry conferences, forums, and partner events.
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance product reach and credibility.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform positioning and pricing strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (lead quality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, brand lift).
- Mentor, coach, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment with rapid scaling.
- Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing programs that deliver tangible revenue results.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity or technology markets, with an understanding of industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics.
- Expertise across digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid media) and measurement tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CDPs).
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with global market penetration, especially in the United States, and multicultural team leadership.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (required).
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Certified Digital Marketing Professional) are advantageous.
