Job title: Full‑Stack Engineer Role Summary: Build and maintain scalable, secure web applications for a HealthTech product, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high‑performance software that adheres to data privacy standards. Expectations: - 3‑6 years of full‑stack development in a startup or growth‑stage environment. - Demonstrated experience with healthcare data systems or patient engagement products. - Strong commitment to building secure, compliant solutions (HIPAA‑preferred). Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using modern web technologies. - Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to produce clean, efficient, and reliable code. - Implement secure APIs and integrations with healthcare data systems. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and data handling in cloud environments. - Ensure code and systems meet data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA preferred).
