Job Description: **Job Title**: Cloud Architect **Role Summary** Architect, build and secure Microsoft Azure cloud solutions for enterprise customers, driving cost‑effective, scalable, and resilient IT infrastructure. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end cloud architecture that aligns with business strategy. - Lead cross‑functional teams, mentor developers, and enforce best practices. - Continuously assess and improve infrastructure performance and security. **Key Responsibilities** - Design Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid deployments. - Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment plans. - Work with DevOps to automate provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring. - Evaluate and recommend Azure services, cost optimisations, and governance controls. - Resolve complex integration and performance issues across systems. - Communicate architecture concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Azure architecture design (VMs, AKS, Azure Functions, App Service). - Infrastructure management (Resource Manager, ARM templates, Terraform). - Application integration (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid). - Security fundamentals (Identity & Access Management, RBAC, encryption, network security). - Performance tuning, cost analysis, and automation scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred). - Relevant experience with Azure governance, cost management, and security.
