**Job Title**
General Product Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end production projects for smartphones, tablets, and mobile devices. Manage the full supply chain from R&D to commercialization, coordinate sourcing in China, manufacturing, certifications, inspections, importation, and brand communication. Work closely with senior leadership and oversee cross‑functional teams in France and China to deliver high‑quality, compliant products on schedule and within budget.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on time, within cost, and according to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain seamless communication between global stakeholders and ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in process efficiency, risk mitigation, and product performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, schedule, and budget; create and update project plans.
- Source components from China, negotiate with suppliers, and manage logistics.
- Oversee manufacturing operations, coordinate quality inspections, and ensure compliance with CE, RoHS, RED, and other certifications.
- Manage import/export documentation and customs clearance.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, quality, regulatory, marketing) in France and China.
- Handle product safety and security assessments for mobile devices.
- Develop and execute brand communication strategies, including web presence and social media.
- Track key performance indicators, analyze variances, and report to senior management.
**Required Skills**
- Project management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Strong technical foundation in telecommunications and mobile hardware.
- Proficiency with Android OS and mobile product ecosystems.
- Expertise in supply chain management, sourcing, and logistics.
- Knowledge of CE/RoHS, RED, product certification, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in R&D, inspection, and import/export processes.
- Branding and digital communication skills (web, social media).
- Excellent interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) highly desirable.
- Certifications in product safety, regulatory compliance, or supply‑chain management are advantageous.
