Job Title: Head of GTM
Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of the end-to-end go‑to‑market strategy, building and scaling sales, marketing, and customer success functions to deliver predictable revenue growth for a B2B SaaS/AI platform.
Expectations:
- Own the full revenue pipeline from prospecting to renewal, aiming for consistent ARR expansion.
- Transition the organization from founder‑led to a scalable, repeatable commercial motion.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performance GTM team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Align cross‑functional stakeholders on a unified growth plan and communicate progress to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the GTM strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier GTM talent to build a high‑performance team.
- Design and implement repeatable sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline discipline.
- Drive pipeline generation, win rates, and deal velocity.
- Oversee onboarding, adoption, and expansion programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Create scalable customer education, support, and success frameworks.
- Act as the customer champion, feeding operational insights into product and strategy decisions.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technical stakeholders to tailor solutions for highly regulated or complex clients.
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of GTM leadership experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or legal tech (preferably early‑stage/high‑growth).
- Proven ability to build scalable GTM motions and deliver measurable revenue results.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (pipeline, ARR, retention, expansion).
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and data‑driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional influence.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments with a founder mindset.
- Comfort working with legal, compliance, or highly technical clients; quick learning of new domains.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Law, or related field.
- Prior experience in revenue operations, commercial strategy, or sales leadership roles.
- Certifications in sales or marketing methodologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, AWS, or similar) are a plus.
