Job Description: Job title: Junior Developer & Technical Project Manager Role Summary: Support end‑to‑end delivery of digital commerce projects by coding, integrating APIs, ensuring quality, and coordinating technical tasks with cross‑functional teams. Expectations: - Actively contribute to project execution and technical leadership alongside developers and e‑commerce specialists. - Balance development, QA, and back‑office management to meet schedules and quality standards. - Liaise with internal teams and external partners, providing clear technical communication. Key Responsibilities: - Develop front‑end (React or Vue.js) and back‑end (Laravel, Symfony, PHP) features for Shopify, headless CMS, and other platforms. - Maintain and evolve existing e‑commerce and internal tools, applying bug fixes and performance improvements. - Integrate systems via REST/JSON APIs with CRM, PIM, DAM, ERP, etc., and document integration flows. - Participate in project scoping, functional specifications, and timeline management. - Design and execute functional and technical test plans; document and track defects to resolution. - Implement automated tests and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Optimize back‑office interfaces (Shopify, CMS, ERP) and train internal users on digital workflows. - Monitor operational data flows (orders, inventory, CRM analytics) and propose UX or process enhancements. Required Skills: - HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue.js); PHP with Laravel or Symfony. - Experience with REST/JSON APIs and integrating third‑party services. - Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop). - Strong QA mindset – test design, defect management, CI/CD practices, technical documentation. - Project coordination and meeting facilitation; ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Good written and spoken English for international collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or Business with a technical focus. - Relevant certifications in web development, PHP frameworks, or project management are advantageous.
