Job title: Customer Success Manager (Maternity Cover) Role Summary: Lead onboarding and ongoing management of existing accounts for a B2B financial information provider, ensuring high customer satisfaction and driving account growth. Expactations: Deliver measurable success over a 12‑month contract, collaborating closely with sales to achieve retention targets and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the full client onboarding journey from kickoff to first value realization. - Maintain regular, proactive communication with existing accounts to nurture relationships and drive renewal. - Partner with sales teams to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and to provide feedback on product and service enhancements. - Track and report key metrics (NPS, churn, renewal rates) and make data‑driven recommendations for improvement. - Resolve escalated issues, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution.
