**Job Title:** Business Development Associate **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth by prospecting, nurturing, and closing relationships with high‑net‑worth private clients in the tokenized alternative asset space (wine, whisky, art, etc.). Act as the primary sales contact, converting leads into committed clients through persistent outreach, clear communication of complex asset concepts, and presentation at client events. **Expectations:** - 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or high‑net‑worth client sales. - Commission‑driven motivation with tolerance for rejection and a proactive pipeline‑building mindset. - Keen interest in tokenization and blockchain technology. - Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and comfortable initiating and managing own sales opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and follow up on leads quickly, professionally, and persistently. - Engage private clients, build trust, and explain complex investment ideas in simple terms. - Handle objections and convert negative feedback into successful deals. - Represent the organization at client‑facing events, dinners, and tastings. - Work closely with senior leadership to shape and refine client acquisition strategy. - Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, metrics, and outcomes. **Required Skills:** - Proven ability to acquire and close high‑value client accounts. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. - Resilience against sales rejection and consistent follow‑through. - Aptitude for explaining sophisticated financial concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Excellent time‑management, organization, and self‑motivation. - Basic understanding of blockchain and tokenization concepts (training provided). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Professional certifications such as CFP, CPA, or FRM are advantageous but not mandatory.
