Job Description: Job title: Senior Procurement Analyst Role Summary: Leverage data analytics to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing initiatives across the supply chain. Act as the bridge between vendor analysis, operations, finance, and leadership to translate insights into measurable action. Expectations: Deliver actionable recommendations that improve cost, risk, and service metrics, maintain high compliance, and support continuous procurement process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct vendor analysis and rationalization to identify consolidation and savings opportunities. - Analyze spend data, benchmark market pricing, and support sourcing strategies. - Evaluate supplier performance against KPIs; develop scorecards and improvement plans. - Negotiate and manage B2B contracts and track savings realization. - Prepare financial models, rebate forecasts, and proposal analyses for negotiations. - Partner with Operations to validate field feedback and drive preferred supplier adoption. - Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, reporting, and vendor program alignment. - Continue process improvement initiatives for efficiency, compliance, and visibility. - Develop and implement purchasing policies, procedures, and VMI inventory programs. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel, Power BI (or comparable data visualization tools). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into actionable strategy. - Highly organized, accuracy‑focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities. - Familiarity with procurement, supply chain management, or vendor performance programs. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
