Job Description: Job Title: Director of People & Culture Role Summary: Lead all human resources functions for a hospitality organization, cultivating an engaging workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Expectations: Deliver consistent, guest‑centric service standards; manage HR budget and staffing; foster employee growth, diversity, and engagement; maintain legal and policy compliance.
