Job Description
Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst Role Summary Provide analytical support and execution assistance across all stages of M&A, special situations, and financing transactions. Work closely with senior bankers, clients, and counterparties to deliver high‑impact domestic and international deals. Expectations • Available to start promptly (near‑term hiring). • Demonstrated positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professionalism. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Build detailed financial models (DCF, comparable, precedent transaction, LBO). - Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development. - Prepare client deliverables: confidential information presentations, management presentations, and pitch materials. - Support deal execution: due diligence, process management, and data room activities. - Interact with clients, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal cycle. Required Skills - Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Initiative, professionalism, and capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. - Minimum 2+ full‑time years of investment banking experience (internship time excluded).
