Job title: Private Equity Analyst Role Summary: Drive the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and structuring deals to portfolio management and exit planning—within the healthcare services sector. Expactations: Independent self‑starter who executes end‑to‑end investment activities, collaborates closely with portfolio executives, mentors junior analysts, and contributes to firm growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead comprehensive financial modeling (LBO, DCF, etc.) and valuation analysis for target acquisitions. - Conduct rigorous transaction diligence (financial, operational, market). - Source and evaluate new investment opportunities; develop creative investment theses and structuring solutions. - Partner with portfolio company leadership to implement value‑creation initiatives, operational improvements, and add‑on M&A. - Produce concise investment memorandums, data‑driven presentations, and Limited Partner reporting materials. - Mentor junior team members and support firm development initiatives. Required Skills - Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical proficiency. - Strong written and verbal communication for reports and presentations. - Proactive, curious, independent problem‑solving mindset. - Ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership of projects. - Genuine interest and knowledge of healthcare services industry.
