Job Description
**Job Title** Performance Zone & Provider Manager (M/F) **Role Summary** Leverage algorithmic insights and operational coordination to maximize zone performance, quality, and margin in inspection and asset‑management services. Act as the nexus between data science, operations, recruitment, and client relations to ensure efficient deployment, high-quality deliverables, and sustainable profitability. **Expectations** - Achieve measurable improvements in zone productivity and profitability by applying data‑driven adjustments. - Maintain high quality of inspections and state‑of‑land assessments with minimal client complaints. - Align capacity and demand across command, recruitment, and training functions. - Effectively translate model outputs into actionable operational changes. **Key Responsibilities** - **Algorithmic Zone Management** – monitor dashboards (dispatch, saturation, distance, margin); interpret model signals; quickly detect anomalies; intervene manually only for special cases. - **Margin & Productivity Optimization** – analyse margin by zone, mission and provider; identify cost or distance spikes; optimize available/minutes‑used ratio; collaborate with Data/Product to refine models. - **Quality Assurance** – track quality metrics (client feedback, disputes, rework, compliance); flag high‑risk zones/providers; coordinate corrective actions with Quality and Client Relations teams; enable targeted training. - **Client & Command Interface** – sync ordered volumes with real capacity; alert teams on imminent saturation, unavailability, quality risks or delays; contribute to realistic client commitments. - **Recruitment & Training Coordination** – translate KPIs into hiring/training needs; document zone, profile, volume and constraints; monitor onboarding and training delivery; prioritize based on field performance. - **Special Projects** – perform hands‑on optimization when clients demand bespoke configurations, exceptional zones, pilot launches, or when internal data projects need detailed analysis. - **Cross‑Functional Data Collaboration** – work with Product & Data on algorithm improvement, issue reporting, calibration; support Planning/Dispatch for non‑automated cases; partner with Quality/Client Relations for proactive issue resolution. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and anomaly detection. - Experience with automated dispatch or zone‑based operations. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Project management and cross‑functional coordination. - Excellent communication in English (French preference). - Familiarity with AI/ML model interpretation and calibration is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in engineering, logistics, supply‑chain, data science, or related field *or* Master’s degree (Bac+5). - Minimum 3 years of experience in operational optimization using algorithms, supply‑chain analytics, or multi‑zone dispatch.
