Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager **Role Summary** Deliver medium and large scale business change projects across a global, regulated environment. Lead cross‑functional teams from initiation through to go‑live, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives while driving stakeholder engagement and successful adoption. **Expectations** - Manage end‑to‑end project delivery with flexibility across multiple methodologies. - Maintain oversight of project health, controlling scope, cost, and schedule. - Excel in a fast‑paced setting with shifting priorities. - Serve as primary point of contact for leadership and project stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Conduct kickoff, status reporting, risk assessment, and change impact analysis. - Escalate project risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders. - Gather and document business process and system requirements. - Analyse process/system problems, recommend solutions, and oversee implementation. - Foster change management initiatives and monitor adoption. - Mentor colleagues on project management practices. - Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes. **Required Skills** - Proven experience managing multiple large projects, including software procurement and complex tenders. - Strong stakeholder management and communication at all organizational levels. - Risk and issue management, scope control, and schedule management. - Ability to apply various project management methodologies. - Analytical mindset for process and system improvement. - Change management advocacy and adoption leadership. - High proficiency in project documentation and reporting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. - Prince2® or PMP® certification (or equivalent demonstrable experience). - Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience in a regulated, business‑operations setting.
