Job Title: Marketing Communications Executive Role Summary: Deliver compelling written content and coordinate design assets to promote the organization’s brand, products, and services, driving lead generation and engagement across digital channels. Expectations: Produce high‑quality, brand‑aligned copy for diverse audiences; manage external design partners; ensure on‑time delivery of campaigns; analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, white papers, blogs, press releases, and award submissions. - Collaborate with technical teams and senior leadership to gather project insights and translate them into clear, engaging narratives. - Lead external design partners: create creative briefs, oversee work flow, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity. - Manage digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, web) to generate leads and enhance brand presence. - Maintain the website, update content, and apply basic SEO practices. - Monitor content performance metrics (website traffic, social engagement, email metrics) and report findings with actionable recommendations. Required Skills: - 2–3 years in marketing or communications with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities. - Excellent grammar and the capacity to tailor tone to technical, commercial, and B2B audiences. - Proven experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and social media management. - Strong project management, prioritisation, and multi‑deadline handling. - Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. - Basic SEO knowledge and data‑driven analytical mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing, Google Analytics, Content Marketing Institute) are a plus but not mandatory.
