**Job Title** Sales and Marketing Lead – Co-Founder (Equity-Based) **Role Summary** Founding leader charged with building and scaling a B2B sales and marketing engine for a PropTech SaaS platform. Owns strategy, execution, and team building to acquire agencies and agents across Europe, turning inbound leads and outbound outreach into measurable revenue. **Expectations** - Grow the client base to hundreds of new accounts within 12 months. - Design a repeatable sales funnel and automated marketing system. - Deliver quarterly sales metrics that drive revenue milestones. - Function as a strategic partner to the founding team, influencing product roadmap and growth strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute a go‑to‑market plan targeting real‑estate professionals. - Lead direct sales activities: prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and pipeline management. - Set up, maintain and optimize CRM, marketing funnels, and automation workflows. - Craft messaging, positioning and outreach content to boost conversion. - Build and manage the Sales & Marketing department: hiring, processes, KPIs. - Collaborate with founders on overall growth strategy and business development. - Track and report performance, adjusting tactics based on data. - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B SaaS/PropTech digital sales and growth experience. - Expertise in cold outreach, email campaigns, and funnel creation. - Strong go‑to‑market strategy and client acquisition acumen. - Fluency in English and French (additional European languages a plus). - Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, long‑term focused. - Comfortable leading remotely, owning initiatives, and making strategic decisions. - Ability to communicate transparently and build trust with stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
