Job Title: GTM Engineer
Role Summary:
Design, build, and maintain AI‑native go‑to‑market systems that power ABM, intent scoring, enrichment, and content automation for B2B clients. Serve as a technical bridge between client delivery and internal product development, delivering scalable tools that directly influence revenue.
Expectations:
- **6‑month goal:** ship 3‑5 client‑facing systems (ABM, scrapers, intent engines) and launch internal AI agents in production.
- **12‑month goal:** become the technical anchor for GTM delivery, own a share of internal IP, and materially impact client revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Systems & Engineering** – develop and maintain ABM pipelines: scraping, enrichment, classification, and signal processing. Architect data flows across CRM, warehouses, AI agents, and automation layers. Build mini‑apps and internal tools (Figma → Lovable).
2. **AI & Automation** – design and operate AI agents for research, enrichment, outbound, and content generation. Build workflows in n8n (mandatory) and automate QA for data reliability.
3. **GTM Activation** – set up intent frameworks, content‑at‑scale engines (emails, LinkedIn, creatives, SEO/SGO), and dynamic targeting systems powered by real‑time data.
4. **Internal Product** – contribute to the company’s internal suite of agents, templates, automations, and dashboards. Enhance processes, reduce errors, and co‑create new productized service lines with founders.
Required Skills:
- **Technical** – proficiency with AI & automation tools (e.g., n8n, Claude Code, Cursor), APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, scraping, enrichment APIs, structured data processing. Coding ability preferred; experience prototyping small apps.
- **GTM Acumen** – deep understanding of B2B funnels, ABM, intent signals, outbound logic. Must know HubSpot CRM and Airtable databases. Translate business needs into operational systems.
- **Execution & Mindset** – pragmatic builder, fast delivery, thrives in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments, collaborates with marketers, founders, and clients. Business‑first orientation.
- **Nice to Have** – LLM‑SEO/SGO, growth engineering, rev‑ops or product background, design sensitivity, French language skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
- Relevant certifications in automation platforms (e.g., n8n), CRMs (HubSpot), or AI tooling are a plus.
