**Job Title** Digital Marketing Internship – Spring 2026 **Role Summary** Internship focused on supporting the digital marketing team for a major sports and entertainment venue. Responsibilities include content creation, social media planning, analytics reporting, and email marketing support. **Expectations** - 10–14 week commitment, typically January–May 2026. - Attend in‑office meetings Tuesdays‑Thursdays. - Complete academic credit requirements, if applicable. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with marketing, corporate partnerships, and internal departments to align digital assets across channels. - Assist in weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reporting using Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Plan and schedule monthly organic social content for e‑commerce on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. - Support Email Marketing Manager: manage requests in Salesforce, coordinate drafts, and secure stakeholder approvals. - Produce photos, videos, and other content promoting new items on Boston ProShop social platforms. - Audit brand assets for consistency and currency. - Research digital trends and best practices to inform seasonal strategy. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with Microsoft Office. - Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, or equivalent). - Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Khoros). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Detail‑oriented with organizational skills. - Optional: Adobe Creative Cloud experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate) pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. - No formal certifications required.
