**Job Title:** Senior Revenue Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies across the UK market for a global nutrition FMCG. Drive pricing, promotions, mix, pack architecture, and trade terms to optimize revenue and profitability while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Interim contract (3‑4 months) - Deliver insight‑driven recommendations on pricing, promotions, and trade investment - Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders - Support scenario planning and drive RGM initiatives across Sales, Category, Finance, and Marketing **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze pricing and promotion data to identify opportunities and forecast impacts - Develop and implement RGM levers (pricing, mix, promotions, pack architecture, trade terms) across the UK market - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align commercial priorities and RGM initiatives - Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders - Monitor and evaluate the performance of RGM initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and commercial acumen - Proven experience in RGM, commercial strategy, or category/customer marketing within FMCG - Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders effectively - Familiarity with the UK retail environment, especially convenience channels - Agile, self‑starter with a growth mindset **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field (preferred) - Relevant certifications in analytics, pricing, or FMCG strategy are an advantage.
