Vice President, Mainframe Systems
**Role Summary**
Global senior leader responsible for strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of enterprise mainframe services. Oversees large, international teams, aligns technology capabilities with business objectives, and drives transformation through process, automation, and emerging technologies.

- Translate complex technical and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the global mainframe organization and other business units.
- Coach and develop leaders, identify high‑potential talent, and implement succession plans.
- Ensure service reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Represent the mainframe organization in enterprise forums, contributing to strategy, transformation, and long‑term planning.

- Proven senior leadership experience in IT/mainframe services with large, global teams.
- Deep technical expertise in diverse mainframe environments; track record of optimizing/taking services to the next level.
