Job Description
Job title: Forward Deployed GTM Engineer Role Summary: Partner with customer sales and revenue operations teams to design, build, and scale automated data workflows using Exportly, Clay, and complementary GTM tools, ensuring maximum customer adoption and value. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality technical solutions quickly, iterate on ambiguous requirements, and bridge product, customer needs, and engineering for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Ideate, develop, test, and optimize enrichment, routing, and prospecting workflows in Exportly + Clay. • Design repeatable playbooks with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and revenue impact. • Implement and maintain integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and similar platforms. • Translate GTM requirements into automation, API usage, and custom scripts. • Provide technical support during customer onboarding and expansion discussions. • Capture and communicate customer feedback to the product roadmap. • Document workflows, best practices, and create enablement materials (templates, videos). Required Skills: • Proven experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Engineering (SaaS or startup). • Hands‑on with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Zapier, or comparable automation tools. • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work directly with customers and cross‑functional teams. • Builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid prototyping, iterative scaling. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Marketing/CRM) are a plus.
