**Job Title** Inside Sales Representative – E‑Commerce Logistics **Role Summary** Drive B2B sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high‑potential prospects (mid‑market and enterprise e‑commerce merchants). Act as the first point of contact, present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, nurture customer relationships, and generate revenue through new sales and cross‑sell opportunities. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and pipeline goals. - Consistently update CRM and KPI dashboards. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and achieve a specified conversion rate. - Deliver high‑quality client engagements and ensure customer satisfaction levels. **Key Responsibilities** - **Prospecting & Qualification** – Research and engage potential clients via phone, email, and online channels. - **Consultative Selling** – Present service portfolio, tailor proposals, and negotiate terms to close contracts. - **Account Management** – Onboard new customers, support onboarding processes, and identify upsell/cross‑sell possibilities. - **Reporting & Analysis** – Track KPIs, maintain accurate CRM entries, and report progress to management. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce or logistics. - Strong commercial acumen and resilience in a target‑driven environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Teamplayer with high degree of autonomy and self‑management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 3‑year university degree (Bachelor/Master). - Valid sales or relevant industry credentials preferred.
