Role Summary: Create, film, edit, and publish engaging short‑form video and photography content that supports brand strategy and drives engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality visual assets that align with product launches, sales events, and brand themes; maintain a consistent aesthetic; analyze performance data and iterate quickly; collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing and influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot, edit, and publish Reels, TikToks, product try‑ons, store vlogs, and styling videos.
- Generate content ideas that support product launches, sales events, and campaign themes.
- Capture in‑store footage of new arrivals, fitting sessions, customer experiences, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
- Produce storytelling‑driven brand videos, UGC‑style campaigns, and aesthetic mood pieces.
- Align content strategy with marketing goals through regular collaboration.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Review analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics) to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Develop example content and visual guidelines for influencer onboarding.
- Shoot and retouch photography for social media, email marketing, and website use as needed.
Required Skills:
- 1–3+ years of creating digital content for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proficient in short‑form video production (filming, editing, sound syncing).
- Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and high‑retention storytelling formats.
- Ability to shoot studio‑style and in‑store content with expert lighting, composition, and brand aesthetics.
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, and social media reporting tools.
- Proficient in photography for product, lifestyle, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion styling and visual identity.
- Capable of planning content calendars, following brand guidelines, and collaborating with marketing teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
