Job Title: Lead Temenos Implementation Specialist
Role Summary:
Lead the architectural design, integration, and AI-driven evolution of the Temenos Transact (T24) platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and regulatory compliance while steering cross‑functional teams and complex technical projects.
Expectations:
- Deliver end‑to‑end Temenos implementations aligned with business strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement of the core banking system through AI, automation, and real‑time data integration.
- Mentor and manage technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Maintain high standards for performance, security, and compliance across all deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize T24 modules (AA, TPH, Product Builder, Integration Framework, DSF, Design Studio) to meet evolving business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and actionable implementation plans.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system integration with external fintech ecosystems and data streams.
- Design and implement AI‑enabled monitoring, predictive analytics, and autonomous workflow solutions for payment routing and exception management.
- Ensure seamless integration with payment standards and interfaces (SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET, BACS, CHAPS, FPS) and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with product, data, and compliance teams to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
- Plan and execute minimal‑disruption upgrades and migrations of the Temenos platform.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years’ experience in Temenos T24 environments, including senior product or engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in T24 modules, integration framework, product builder, DSF, and design studio.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Proficiency in event‑driven architecture, API integration, and CI/CD practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of global payment standards (SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET, BACS, CHAPS, FPS).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams on complex projects.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certifications in Temenos (e.g., Temenos “Solution Architect” or “Implementation Lead”) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.
