Job title: Marketing Operations Manager
Role Summary:
Oversee, optimize, and scale the marketing technology stack to drive efficient lead generation and data-driven decisionmaking. Ensure clean, actionable prospect and customer data, automate campaign execution, and align marketing and sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
Expactations:
- Implement and evolve marketing automation and CRM solutions.
- Build analytics dashboards for real‑time performance monitoring.
- Cleanse, enrich, and maintain high‑quality prospect/client databases.
- Execute precise targeting for multi‑channel campaigns (email, nurturing, ABM).
- Analyse campaign outcomes, recommend optimisations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Product teams to streamline end‑to‑end processes.
- Identify and prioritise operational improvements (automation, API integrations, best practices).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and upgrade the marketing stack (HubSpot, CRM, Zapier, tracking tools, analytics platforms, API integrations).
- Design and maintain clear dashboards for marketing performance, sharing data with Sales and Management.
- Import, structure, clean, and enrich prospect/client databases to ensure optimal utilization.
- Ensure precise campaign targeting and smooth execution across email, nurturing, ABM, and other channels.
- Analyse campaign results, propose optimisations, and disseminate actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with Growth, Sales, and Product teams to streamline processes and maintain alignment.
- Proactively identify, prioritise, and implement optimisations (automation, integrations, best practices).
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Marketing Ops / Data Marketing / Growth Ops, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency with a CRM and marketing automation platform (HubSpot is a plus).
- Working knowledge of marketing stack tools: Zapier, tracking/reporting tools, API integrations.
- Strong analytical abilities: Excel, Google Data Studio; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Technical competency: HTML/CSS, database fundamentals, API management, tool integration.
- Detail‑oriented, data‑driven culture, rigorous data quality focus.
- Autonomous, proactive, experimental mindset for continuous operational improvement.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages (Spanish, Italian, German) a bonus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation tools are desirable.
