Job Description
Job Title: Business Operations Specialist Role Summary: Oversee Salesforce CRM administration and cross‑functional operational support to ensure data integrity, process optimisation, and effective sales cycle execution. Expectations: Deliver timely, accurate CRM maintenance, support sales and marketing activities, collaborate with multiple departments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and implement best practices across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams for Salesforce usage. - Maintain CRM data integrity: manage imports, validation rules, audits, deduplication, and performance metrics. - Support sales and finance functions in updating documentation, collateral, deal payments, and records. - Facilitate RFQs, RFIs, and RFP processes by drafting, responding, and submitting proposals. - Create and administer CRM fields, automations, integrations, and reporting dashboards. - Ensure quality of sales proposals, presentations, and related documentation. Required Skills: - 3–5 years of operations, sales, or marketing experience with strong CRM administration expertise. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting, optimisation, and advanced features. - Excellent organisational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in Salesforce CRM administration and process improvement.
