RE:TV provide a platform for the growing community of change-makers whose ingenuity is creating a brighter future for people and planet. Since 2020, we have produced more than 200 short films covering everything from fusion to food waste. Working with local crews all over the world, we've interviewed some of the most visionary change-makers, entrepreneurs, engineers, technologists, scientists, academics and agriculturalists. Each month we run in-depth, multi-media campaigns that dig into the cutting edge solutions to some of our biggest challenges. Previous campaigns include regenerative agriculture, clean hydrogen, and nature-positive buildings. We've also reported from the last 3 COPs and other climate events. Together, we can inspire business leaders and policymakers through the power of sustainable storytelling.

Job Description
**Job title** Digital Designer **Role Summary** Part‑time Digital Designer responsible for creating social media assets (thumbnails, carousels, quote cards, stat cards, infographics) that communicate key statistics, highlight innovations, and repurpose partner content for a cross‑platform content studio focused on climate, biodiversity, AI, biotech, renewables, and regenerative farming. **Expectations** - Work 3 days per week for an initial 3‑month contract with potential long‑term extension. - Hybrid remote/office model. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and produce engaging social media assets for web, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. - Communicate key statistics and messages through visual formats. - Highlight startup innovations and repurpose partner content to elevate contributors. - Maintain and update brand assets and guidelines across all digital platforms. - Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and design developments. **Required Skills** - Proven experience designing digital content for websites and social media. - Ability to create thumbnails, carousels, quote cards, stat cards, and infographics. - Strong interest in typography, data visualization, animation, and video assets. - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop). - Familiarity with brand asset management and guideline adherence. - Awareness of current trends and best practices on social platforms. **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific degree required; preferred background in graphic or digital design. - Demonstrated understanding of the climate and biodiversity space, or a strong interest in related topics.
