Job Description
Job Title: Commercial & Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead the promotion, prospecting, and end‑to‑end sales of Tucania’s SaaS CRM solution for the health industry, driving business development and client relationships. Expectations: - Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy that increases pipeline and revenue. - Build trust and long‑term partnerships with healthcare laboratories, biotechs, and medical device manufacturers. - Operate in a small, agile team while ensuring strict compliance with health sector regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Craft compelling presentation decks and marketing collateral that highlight solution features aligned with client needs. - Manage digital communication channels to raise brand awareness and engage prospects. - Prospect and qualify new accounts, maintain and update lead database, and convert leads into opportunities. - Conduct needs analysis, design solution fit‑ment strategies, and prepare technical and commercial proposals. - Lead the internal sales process: coordinate approvals, present offers, adapt proposals based on feedback, and perform timely follow‑ups. - Monitor sales metrics, report performance to the executive team, and refine sales tactics. Required Skills: - Proven B2B sales and prospecting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech solutions. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal writing capabilities. - Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools for pipeline management. - Analytical mindset to assess client needs and tailor solutions. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. - Excellent communication in French and English.
