Job Description
Job Title: Sales Support & Marketing Analyst – Real Estate Role Summary: Provide comprehensive support to the Franchise Sales team by conducting market research, managing CRM data, and delivering competitive intelligence to drive franchise acquisition and expansion across Canada. Expectations: - Detail‑oriented, proactive analyst capable of delivering actionable insights. - Self‑sufficient yet collaborative, especially in a hybrid work setting. - Strong communicator, adept in written and verbal reporting. - Proficient in Salesforce and social media platforms. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and enhance the Canadian franchise sales database, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects, leads, and interactions. - Identify and research residential, commercial, and luxury brokerages and teams for potential franchise opportunities. - Prepare detailed prospect firm profiles, including ownership structure, office locations, and agent productivity metrics. - Assist with the creation and distribution of growth announcements (press releases, social media posts, internal communications). - Support new franchise transition planning and onboarding activities. - Develop and maintain recurring reports on Canada‑wide agent population, productivity, and key real estate indicators. - Track agent counts across major franchise brands using MLS, brand websites, and company sources. - Conduct in‑depth local market research covering transaction volumes, board and association details, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. - Produce ad‑hoc reports and insights to support strategic decision‑making. - Continuously identify and integrate new data sources and competitive intelligence. Required Skills: - Market research, sales support, or data analysis experience (real estate or franchise preferred). - Proficiency with Salesforce CRM. - Proficiency with major social media platforms and related analytics tools. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). - Salesforce certification (preferred).
