**Job Title**
Export Marketing & Business Development Specialist – U.S. Market
**Role Summary**
Lead the U.S. marketing and business development efforts for premium architectural hardware. Drive brand awareness, channel partnerships, and Qualified Lead generation across the U.S. architecture and construction ecosystem. Manage end‑to‑end B2B marketing activities, coordinate with global teams, and report market insights to senior management.
**Expectations**
- Establish KIE as a trusted U.S. brand and expand market share.
- Build and nurture a robust channel network of importers, distributors, retailers, builders, contractors, and OEMs.
- Generate qualified leads, convert them to sales, and maintain a measurable pipeline.
- Deliver data‑driven marketing insights and weekly performance reports.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and execute U.S. marketing strategies for architectural hardware.
2. Identify, engage, and build long‑term relationships with key stakeholders (importers, wholesalers, retailers, builders, OEMs, fabricators).
3. Conduct market research to uncover new segments, trends, and pricing tactics.
4. Create tailored marketing content, presentations, and outreach campaigns for U.S. clients.
5. Represent the brand at virtual meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.
6. Coordinate sample requests, product catalog shipments, pricing, and logistics with India‑based teams.
7. Track outreach metrics, lead conversions, and channel performance; produce weekly reports.
8. Work independently, prioritize initiatives, and drive results in a fast‑moving marketplace.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development within hardware, building materials, or construction.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. architectural hardware market.
- Strong B2B networking, negotiation, and partnership‑building capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or supply‑chain (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, PMP, or similar) preferred but not mandatory.
