Job Title: Senior Brand Manager (Amazon) Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end brand strategy on Amazon for a portfolio of clients. Own client relationships, develop and execute growth plans, and coordinate cross‑functional specialist teams (Advertising, SEO, Creative, Case Management, Inventory) to deliver measurable sales and profitability improvements. Expecations - Drive consistent, data‑driven growth across assigned Amazon accounts. - Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. - Deliver clear, actionable insights and outcomes in regular client meetings. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop tailored Amazon strategies using product insights, consumer data, competitive analysis, and business goals. 2. Produce and implement monthly account plans targeting sales and profit objectives. 3. Lead cross‑functional teams (SEO, Advertising, Creative, Case Management, Inventory) for unified execution. 4. Analyze account performance, category trends, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities. 5. Host weekly/biweekly strategic and performance reviews with clients. 6. Maintain catalog health and oversee optimization initiatives. 7. Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns for key events. 8. Collaborate with Inventory Specialists for planning and stock management. 9. Conduct market research to support strategy recommendations. 10. Provide concise reporting on actions and results to clients and internal stakeholders. Required Skills - Minimum 5 years as an Amazon Brand Manager or equivalent eCommerce leadership role. - Deep knowledge of Amazon retail dynamics, brand building, and performance marketing. - Strong analytical ability and data‑driven decision making. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Proven multitasking, organizational, and project management skills. - Experience coordinating with diverse internal teams and external partners. - Agency background and familiarity with Shopify or Walmart platforms are a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - No mandatory certifications, but digital marketing or eCommerce credentials are advantageous.
