About the Company

We provide ABA therapy for preschool-aged children in Atlanta GA, with a focus on early intervention for children who have recently received an autism diagnosis. Our program is delivered in a fun and engaging environment with an emphasis on group play activities. Each child has a dedicated team who develops their customized learning plan, implements new teaching strategies, and makes adjustments to keep the momentum going. Our team of ABA therapists have experience collaborating with occupational therapists and speech language pathologists to provide coordinated care for a family as they navigate symptoms of autism. We also refer to psychologists for autism testing for children who have been showing signs of autism.

Job title: Talent Acquisition Partner **Role Summary** Partner with clinical leaders to recruit senior healthcare and specialty clinical talent (BCBAs, SLPs, Clinical Directors). Own end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring high‑quality hires for a remote setting with occasional conference travel. **Expectations** * 3‑5 years of recruiting in healthcare or specialized clinical roles. * Proven success with outbound sourcing and hiring senior/licensed professionals. * Strong candidate experience orientation and KPI accountability. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively source and engage top-tier clinical candidates through networking, job boards, and referrals. * Manage full cycle hiring: screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. * Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in Workable ATS. * Collaborate with HR and site leads to translate staffing needs into actionable plans. * Report weekly on pipeline status and hiring metrics. * Represent the organization at 2‑3 industry conferences or events annually. **Required Skills** * Advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search). * Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through. * Experience with recruitment technology (Workable, Paylocity or similar). * Ability to assess fit for licensed and senior clinical roles. * Comfortable with occasional travel for conferences and clinic visits. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). * Professional recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus. ---
