Job Title: Operations Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinates and maintains project timelines, cross‑functional communication, and operational assets for a scaling delivery‑first restaurant startup. Drives consistency across kitchen teams and ensures timely delivery of equipment and supplies. Expactations: Demonstrate high organizational discipline, proactive problem‑solving, and ownership of project deliverables. Maintain clear, concise updates and follow‑through on tasks; expect to work in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project schedules for kitchen tool rollouts, SOPs, and asset distribution. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring alignment. - Track and fulfill kitchen equipment, supplies, and material orders on schedule. - Monitor project plans to prevent scope creep or missed deadlines. - Support cultural and administrative functions: onboarding, gifting, and team logistics. - Champion accountability and follow‑through across teams. Required Skills: - 1–4 years in operations coordination, project management, or related field. - Exceptionally organized; skilled with lists, calendars, and structured workflows. - Strong written and verbal communication; adept at concise reporting. - High ownership mindset; proactive follow‑up and ability to hold others accountable. - Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and wearing multiple hats.
