Job Description
**Job Title:** Sourcing and Procurement Senior Specialist **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement of software, marketing, services, and infrastructure. Partner with internal stakeholders, finance, and AP to drive strategic vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement. **Expectations:** - Deliver procurement strategy that aligns with business objectives and budget constraints. - Achieve measurable cost savings and contractual value. - Maintain high standards of vendor performance and risk management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage vendor onboarding/offboarding, master list, and contract archives. - Oversee purchase requisitions, orders, renewals, and terminations; ensure timely execution. - Partner with Finance and AP to resolve P/O/invoice issues and maximize cost efficiency. - Negotiate and administer global vendor contracts with GH UK and other partners. - Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities in procurement workflows. - Create contract summaries, vendor scorecards, renewal reports, and risk committee documentation. - Administer procurement and contract systems (workflows, approvals, user permissions). - Conduct vendor risk assessments, quarterly business reviews, and other critical vendor management activities. - Recommend and implement improvements to procurement policies, processes, and systems. **Required Skills:** - Strong vendor management, performance evaluation, and contract negotiation. - Proficiency in commercial contract law, accounting principles, cost analysis, ROI, and TCO. - Project management with resource planning, timelines, and measurable outcomes. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workday and/or Zip is a plus. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or related experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSP, CPIM, CSCP) are desirable but not mandatory.
