Job Description
**Job title:** Media Planning Account Director (Cross‑Channel) **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end media planning for high‑profile clients, acting as a senior advisor to both clients and agency leadership. Deliver integrated cross‑channel communication strategies, drive business growth, and maintain strong client relationships while supervising and inspiring a multi‑disciplinary media team. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable business and media outcomes for key accounts. - Build and sustain senior client relationships, providing strategic counsel. - Manage and develop a media planning team in a fast‑paced agency environment. - Achieve revenue and client‑retention targets within the fixed‑term contract. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute cross‑channel media plans (TV, digital, social, outdoor, etc.). - Conduct high‑level strategic discussions with C‑suite client stakeholders. - Coach, mentor, and lead the media planning team, fostering collaboration and performance. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies for ROI. - Collaborate with account managers, creative, and media operations to align objectives. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. **Required Skills:** - Advanced media planning and buying expertise across multiple channels. - Strong consultative selling and client‑management skills. - Leadership and people‑management experience. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in media analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, Google Analytics, Xandr, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional media or digital marketing certifications (e.g., MMAC, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) preferred. ---
