Job Description
Job Title: Implementation Consultant Role Summary: Drive end‑to‑end implementation of incentive compensation management (ICM) solutions (Varicent, Performio, CaptivateIQ) using a Rapid Deployment Methodology. Gather client requirements, configure compensation models, and continuously enhance implementation tools and processes. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, on‑time implementation outcomes that align with client and company objectives. - Actively contribute to rapid methodology improvement and knowledge transfer. - Demonstrate entrepreneurial initiative and strong client‑orientation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client workshops to elicit and document business requirements. - Configure ICM parameters and design compensation models per client specifications. - Collaborate closely with Project Lead/Manager to keep projects on schedule and within scope. - Drive iterative refinement of templates, tools, and deployment processes. - Mentor and support internal and external stakeholders on technical and functional aspects of ICM. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Advanced proficiency in Excel (or equivalent) and familiarity with Access or similar database tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build trust with clients and colleagues. - Proven adaptability to evolving methodologies and continuous improvement. - Self‑starter mindset with ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a technology‑focused consulting, business analysis, or implementation role. - Relevant certifications in ICM or related financial modeling tools are a plus.
