Job Description
**Job Title** Product Manager (Maintenance Software) **Role Summary** Manage the full product lifecycle of a cloud‑based preventive maintenance platform (GMAO), from market research and feature definition through to launch and post‑launch support. Work closely with R&D, sales, support and marketing teams to translate customer needs into functional requirements and deliver business‑valuable releases. **Expectations** - Minimum 3 years of product management or related experience in software/fleet or maintenance domain. - Strong analytical, conceptualisation and autonomous working skills. - Ability to anticipate market trends, propose solutions and drive product adoption. - Proactive communication with cross‑functional teams and external customers. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct continuous market and technology watch on property maintenance and SaaS trends. - Facilitate customer workshops, capture requirements and translate them into product back‑log items (specs, tickets). - Coordinate with R&D and support to prioritize, track and validate bug fixes and feature enhancements. - Design product launch roadmaps, define go‑to‑market plans and coordinate release schedules. - Author user documentation, release notes and internal training materials. - Lead acceptance testing, support regression testing, and ensure quality standards preceding releases. - Train internal teams on product features and best practices. **Required Skills** - Product lifecycle management (ideation, requirements, launch, post‑launch). - Stakeholder facilitation and cross‑functional collaboration. - Data‑driven decision making, concept mapping, prioritisation frameworks. - Familiarity with maintenance operations (property/real‑estate) and asset management concepts. - Proficiency in English (communication and documentation). - Comfortable with emerging technologies and SaaS platforms. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, PRINCE2, PMP) are an advantage but not mandatory.
