Job Title: Junior Business Development Manager – Life Sciences Role Summary: Lead business development activities for biotech and healthtech clients, designing & executing growth strategies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client‑focused proposals and solutions. Expectations: - A Master’s or PhD in a scientific or business discipline. - Strong motivation and initiative in the life sciences sector. - Fluency in English and French; knowledge of a third European language is a plus. - Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, and resilience in fast‑moving environments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business development and marketing plans to identify and engage new prospects across Europe and the US. - Conduct meetings with senior decision‑makers to assess their priorities, challenges, and commercial objectives. - Partner with Project Managers and leadership to craft tailored client proposals and service offerings. - Support client delivery teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations. - Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report progress to senior management.
