Hurricane Group employs people who master all the aspects of organization, media exposure and marketing of sport competitions. We organized over 150 events, all icons in the action sport culture, built around spectacular disciplines like BMX Freestyle Park, Roller Freestyle, Skateboard, Mountain Bike, or Wakeboard. Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Sponsorship Manager (H/F) **Role Summary** Lead 100 % new‑business sponsorship acquisition for a global urban sports league, selling multi‑asset packages that include live events, branded content, digital media, and on‑site activations. Focus exclusively on prospecting, proposal development, pitching, and contract negotiation with no account management responsibilities. **Expectations** - Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue targets. - Maintain a disciplined, high‑volume outbound pipeline in the assigned CRM. - Deliver weekly activity and forecast updates. - Provide market insights to refine commercial strategy and creative assets. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Prospecting & Pipeline Development** - Identify and research new category prospects aligned with urban sports, Gen Z/Millennial culture. - Build and sustain a high‑volume outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, email, calls, events, and digital outreach. - Log all interactions, follow‑ups, and pipeline stages daily in the CRM. 2. **Sponsorship Sales & Closing** - Own end‐to‐end sales cycle: needs analysis, proposal design, pitch delivery, and contract negotiation. - Offer full commercial suite: event rights, athlete access, branded content, digital media, and activation opportunities. - Partner with marketing, communications, and design teams to craft custom, high‑impact proposals. 3. **Sales Performance & Reporting** - Track and report on activities, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts. - Share actionable insights to adjust messaging, assets, and targeting. **Required Skills** - 3 + years of experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorship, or media sales (sport, entertainment, or live events preferred). - Proven outbound prospecting record with successful new‑business closings. - Ability to build multi‑asset sponsorship packages and negotiate contracts. - Excellent communicator, confident negotiator, and compelling storyteller. - CRM‑disciplined, highly organized, and persistent follow‑up. - Keen understanding of youth marketing, brand values, and cultural trends. - Self‑motivated, energetic, goal‑driven, and proactive hunter mentality. - Fluency in English; additional fluency in French, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field. - Sales or partnership certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) considered a bonus.
