Job Description
**Job Title** Salesforce Administrator (M/F) **Role Summary** Support and enhance the use of Salesforce for the sales organization. Manage ongoing technical support (TMA), develop and deliver training, lead user adoption and change management initiatives, and oversee end‑to‑end project delivery from requirements gathering to launch. Engage with both domestic and international sales teams to align the CRM solution with business needs. **Expectations** - Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM/SI project management. - Strong analytical, synthesis, and formalisation skills. - Proactive attitude toward new technologies and customer experience improvement. - Self‑driven, autonomous, responsible, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish an advantage. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide daily user support and resolve issues. - Maintain and update user training materials; conduct and coordinate training sessions. - Develop and implement initial and ongoing training plans for Salesforce users. - Facilitate and lead user community activities. - Own project lifecycle: capture business requirements, conduct workshops, write requirement specifications, coordinate with internal/external vendors, and supervise user acceptance testing. - Manage change‑management activities, including communication, training, and support. - Participate in project steering committees, sales and management meetings; prepare and deliver meeting minutes. - Monitor Salesforce releases and other CRM trends; assess and recommend new features. **Required Skills** - Salesforce administration (configuration, data management, security). - CRM/SI project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications. - User acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution. - Change‑management knowledge and implementation. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and CRM documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bac+5 (Master’s level) in Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred) or Advanced Administrator. - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) is a plus. ---
