**Job Title:** Performance Marketing Intern
**Role Summary:**
Support the performance marketing team in developing, executing, and optimizing B2B digital campaigns across social media and Google platforms. Translate data insights into actionable strategies, help test new tools and tactics, and contribute to campaign creative and copywriting.
**Expectations:**
- Complete a multi‑week internship while pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or business economics.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Show curiosity for AI marketing tools, generative SEO, and emerging digital techniques.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in English (Dutch a plus).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify growth opportunities and inform optimisation.
- Contribute to creative brief development, ad copy and creative asset ideation.
- Test and evaluate new AI‑based tools and automations for performance marketing.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on varied B2B projects (e.g., lead generation for electric trucks, recruitment marketing).
**Required Skills:**
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA).
- Analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and propose actionable steps.
- Proactive, creative thinking, and openness to experimentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in marketing, communications, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or business economics (marketing).
- No mandatory certifications required, but knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar preferred.
