Job Description: **Job Title** Java Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Java backend services using Spring technologies. Drive code quality standards and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver reliable APIs and integrations. **Expectations** - Deliver clean, maintainable code in a fast‑paced environment. - Actively mentor junior developers and promote best practices. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Continuously improve debugging, testing, and deployment processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and extend Java backend components using Spring 4, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring JDBC, and Spring JPA. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems. - Write unit, integration, and automated tests; perform code reviews. - Diagnose and resolve production and pre‑production issues; optimize performance. - Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver solutions. - Mentor junior developers through pair‑programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Java SE (8+). - Deep experience with Spring framework (incl. Boot, Data, JDBC, JPA). - Strong understanding of API design principles and backend integration patterns. - Solid debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable). - Java SE certification (optional).
