Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer (New Grads 2025‑2026) Role Summary: Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end software solutions that power AI‑driven features for housing and healthcare platforms. Own new product features from concept to deployment, ensure scalable and reliable core infrastructure, and iterate rapidly in a high‑velocity environment. Expectations: Must graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026. Full‑time onsite commitment (5 days a week) and a strong bias for action in a fast‑growing startup setting. Key Responsibilities: - Build systems for autonomous building operations and intelligent communication. - Collaborate directly with customers to define, design, and deliver new product features end‑to‑end. - Enhance scalability, reliability, and performance of core infrastructure. - Propose and implement architectural improvements and design patterns. - Work with product and design teams to translate AI capabilities into user‑facing experiences. - Ship new features and improvements continuously, supporting >100 deployments daily. - Apply engineering best practices in testing, observability, and continuous integration. - Balance rapid iteration with high code quality and system robustness. Required Skills: - Strong software engineering fundamentals (design, coding, testing). - Experience building scalable, reliable backend services. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability tools. - Ability to ship code quickly while maintaining quality standards. - Optional: Startup or internship experience, machine learning/data concepts knowledge, AWS cloud proficiency. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, graduating Winter 2025 – Spring 2026.
